The Social Impact Investment Fund (SIIF) is a £2.375 million fund dedicated to supporting charities and social enterprises in the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough region. Funded by the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority (CPCA) and managed by Allia, this innovative programme provides capital grants and loans to social and third sector organisations.

Worried about fixed monthly payments? We offer options! Choose a traditional loan with fixed repayments or a flexible loan where you pay back based on your income. When you earn more, you repay more; when times are tough, you repay less. No scary commitments, just a funding option that works for you.

Grants are great, but loans help you grow in ways grants may not be able to. They build your financial credibility, making future funders more confident in you. They also push you to plan for long-term sustainability. Plus, with up to £75,000 available, loans offer bigger investment opportunities to scale, upgrade, or expand.
